Rohit Rathore is a born entrepreneur, responsible for executing the company’s vision and approach to lead the franchising industry through this phase of evolution. He believes in helping people: whether that involves assisting employees achieve their goal or supporting client’s business expansion plans. He devotes much time on overseeing growth and performance of this leading franchise company that provides a platform to brands as well as business opportunity seekers and investors to come together and expand their operations.

Holding over 6+ years of experience, He has worked with renowned companies including Infosys, TCS, HDFC, Dell and Kotak Mahindra Bank. Prior to venturing into franchising industry, he set up a BPO Call Center in the year 2010, aimed at helping global clientele with several marketing activities that include sales, collection, chat support, email marketing as well as inbound and outbound services. He has also served as a business consultant to deliver best-in-class BPO services to corporates like Hero BPO, IBM Daksh in Mohali and many others.

Rohit Rathore earned his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with specialization in Computer Science. He also holds a Master of Engineering degree.

Arihant Jain heads the Strategic Marketing, Planning, Consulting and Business Development division at 1000 Franchise and assists the team with his valuable insight about the industry. He is responsible for leading relationships with clients, providing strategic oversight and delivery management whilst playing an active role in building marketing strategies that take the company a notch higher.

He has 7+ years of rich experience in the marketing and business development domain, working with ICICI Bank, Kinetic Concepts Incorporated and Bennett Coleman Co. Ltd., The Times of India Group. His key role has been to execute long term Strategic Plans, manage Marketing and Sales of companies, and generate business for them while managing the Profit & Loss account of the assigned business segment.

His strategic marketing background and extensive experience across a wide range of industries enables him to take a holistic approach in creating innovative strategies that meet client’s objectives, thus providing result-driven solution to client’s problem and help them grow far and wide.

Arihant Jain has accomplished B.Tech in Computer Science and MBA in Marketing & Finance from IMI Belgium.

Amandeep Kaur is a Post Graduate in Client Relationship Management and Human Resource. These roots facilitate the best-in-class approach to execute a client relationship strategy like no other. She is responsible for maintaining and developing client-business relationships as well as training the team members in customer servicing that make up for a strong backbone of a successful business.
Before 1000 Franchise, She worked with FIBL and successfully launched Entrepreneur Café, a platform that brings together corporate experts and other professionals. Prior to that, she was associated with The Times of India Group. She also served as a Consultant at the British Airways and Bird Group.

She currently heads the Investors Acquisition & HR division and utilizes technology as well as marketing functions to ensure that clients are able to communicate seamlessly. She also provides rigorous training to her team members, while bringing joy to several high net worth groups, companies and individuals. She brings a strong direction, serious professionalism, courteousness and a lot of warmth to the 1000 Franchise and everyone around.

With her rich experience as a franchise consultant, Chitra supports domestic as well as international clients in establishing business via franchise route in India.

In her career spanning over 6.5 years, She has worked with reputed companies including Franchising Association of India, Paam Eatables Ltd, FIHL and CitiFinancial (Citigroup).

Chitra Manwani has earned herself a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Further, she pursued Post Graduation in Business Management from FMS-IRM, Jaipur. She also holds a diploma in International Business.
